My Local Access

The My Local Access App is the champion for connecting locals with tourists. Our goal is to reduce and possibly eliminate the safety concern by creating a system that focuses on safety. Our system creates a safer process for travelers to have fun while exploring local communities as well as create local economic development by allowing locals to use their automobiles to generate income. With our two- tier system called the chain-link system and out-of-network system tourist can feel safer while traveling with a local. The chain link system is based on referrals and a rigorous application process.
All the tour guides registered in the system are a referral from friends or family. They have also gone through a face-to-face interview with an area coordinator. Out-of-network tour guides rank high in our system when they go through a rigorous application process and conduct a face-to-face interview and verification process with a local area coordinator. our mobile app allows clients to share their location with friends and family while traveling with a tour guide. This means that the traveler can be reached at anytime while on the tour. The guide also doesn’t get paid until the traveler confirms that the tour is over and has rated their experience.
