From our community database, the recipes section features a variety of dishes complete with serving sizes, ingredients, and preparation instructions. These recipes are categorised by meal type and cuisine, catering to diverse tastes ensuring there's something appealing for everyone.

MEAL PLANS
Meal Plans available on MyLowProPal have been curated for your convenience These plans can be sorted based on seasons, age groups, and protein allowances. For added convenience, you have the option to save meal plans to My Meal Plans and the Shopping List, assisting in organising your week's meals.

HEALTH TRACKER
The Health Tracker is a way for you to keep track of your protein levels, mood, blood tests and other vitality measurements including Sleep, Steps, Water intake, Exercise/Activities, Meditation/Mindfulness, Weight, and Calories. It also allows you to track your stress/anxiety levels, energy, and overall health. This helps with your goal setting and maintaining progress toward your target.

REMINDERS
This section helps you keep track of all your reminders such as taking supplements, renewing scripts, clinic appointments, blood tests etc. You can set reminders daily, hourly, weekly, monthly and annually.


EXPORTING DATA
