With MyPainTracker you can keep details about your pain, including what type of pain you might be experiencing, how you treated it and how effective the treatment was. Use the rating scale to rate the number that best describes your pain at your body areas. You can go back and make changes or add more details to your previous records. The more information you record in your pain diary app, the more helpful it will be for you and your healthcare team to learn details about your pain, how well it is being managed, and what treatment changes may be necessary.
