Use your camera on your device to scan the barcode on the SIM Card carrier, the new number will then be entered into the SIM Serial line, so no long periods of time spent inserting SIM card numbers.

Add or remove roaming bars on the go.

Click on a customer’s telephone number to call a customer through your device, or click on an email address to send a new email to that person from your phone, so no having to remember someone’s details when you want to get hold of them.

From anywhere in the app you can reach the main menu by simply swiping from left to right on the display and can easily navigate to any of the main sections of the application.

If you bring up an address for a customer, you can click on the address to view it on a map, or go to that address using the navigation function within your device.

Manage basic functions on portal users within your group by tapping on a user name to bring up a list of actions for that user, including disabling a user’s portal access or resetting their password.
