A mobile app designed for businesses which need to take details of customers entering their venue.
Business safety checklists require businesses to maintain record keeping for clients entering their venue. This includes –
• Ensure you keep contact information for all customers, workers, and contractors, including name, address and mobile phone number for a period of at least 56 days.
• Ensure records are used only for the purposes required and are captured and stored confidentially and securely.
My Safe Business has been designed to assist these businesses in managing this data with the requirements listed.
• Single entry function – Once client has entered data a new screen appears. This ensures data security for clients entering venue. No one else can see your client’s personal information.
• All data is encrypted on a device with password protection.
• Single entries are automatically erased after 56 days.
• Security updates and patches will be automatically updated as required to ensure the best possible protection of the data.
• App works “offline” as this reduces attempts to compromise data.
