My Trade In

The My Trade In application helps you to diagnose and evaluate your smartphone in an updated & accurate manner and makes it easier for you to trade in at participating shops.

The following are the steps to run this application:
• Please visit your favorite shops that participate in the trade in/exchange program using My Trade In.
• Download the application on the smartphone you want to exchange.
• Before running the application, make sure the smartphone is in normal condition and connected to the internet network (mobile network/mobile data), you cannot use Wifi to run this application.
• Click Start and the application will start the diagnosis process automatically, follow the steps in the application until the price (valuation) of your smartphone appears.
• You are also entitled to get several attractive benefits if you trade in with My Trade In.
• Then to continue the transaction, please visit a cellphone shop that participates in the Trade-In program.
