Apart from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's (LCSD) performance venues, it also covers a number of venues not managed by LCSD. URBTIX services include counter sale at about 40 outlets across the territory, telephone as well as 24-hour Internet booking.

Apart from the Leisure and Cultural Services Department's (LCSD) performance venues, it also covers a number of venues not managed by LCSD. URBTIX services include counter sale at about 40 outlets across the territory, telephone as well as 24-hour Internet booking.
"My URBTIX" is a newly developed mobile app to further facilitate ticket buyers to make purchases online using smart phones or mobile devices driven by the iOS mobile operating systems. For ticket buyers who have registered as members, this app shall provide a wide range of personalised functions to enhance their buying experience including bookmark on favourite events, email reminder to attend purchased events, etc.
