Use the my24-7laundry customer app to make your use of our kiosks, lockers and services simpler and cheaper:

o To open a kiosk door just tap one button on the app when within 50 metres of the door - the correct kiosk door is phoned, the door opens and there is no call charge.

o To tell us you have dropped a new job in a locker just tap one button on the app then scan the locker's barcode - the scanned barcode is automatically sent to us by the cheapest means possible (*) and you receive an SMS confirming your job has been entered in our system.

o To tell us you want to change your job preferences for all future jobs just tap one button on the app - the request is automatically sent to us by the cheapest means possible (*) and you receive an SMS directing you to a personalised webpage.

(*) the first time a message is sent to us the app will use SMS (normal carrier charges) then subsequent times the app will use email (very minor data charges).
