This represents a step-change in Domestic & General's identity and access management solution: customers can now log into their account without needing to enter credentials each time.

Domestic & General customers need us at their fingertips when something goes wrong, and the app makes this a reality. Within a matter of seconds, our customers can go from their phone's lock screen to their Domestic & General insurance policy, and from there they can book a repair for their broken appliance and track its progress, all through the app.

Aside from life's little emergencies , the app allows customers to change their details, update their preferences, and access maintenance and troubleshooting content for their appliance - all of which requiring fewer clicks than ever before. This helps our customers to provide us with up-to-date personal information, tell us when and how they would like to be contacted, and keep their appliances running smoothly.
