App Store Description

MyBrewbot was launched 2018 and already has more than 300 users across the World.

Our aim was to create an Internet enabled temperature controller that didn't rely on wiring relays or complex setup in order to get going. The controller communicates with readily available 433mhz remote control plugs to switch heating and cooling sources on and off.

The controller has a Bluetooth module that communicates with Tilt hydrometers and can use the temperature and SG data from the Tilt to control the fermentation process.

The controller also connects to iSpindel data sources for control.

Data logging is enabled for Ubidots and BrewFather and the controller app also has data logging capability. Further data links will be established with other brewing applications as they release their APIs.

The PSI jack is used to connect to a standard 5V DC Pressure Transducer Sensor which should be screwed into your spunding valve apparatus.

The controller has a wealth of features all of which are accessible through the free app available on iOS App Store. Key features are:

1. Monitoring in both Centigrade and Fahrenheit.

2. Control for up to two fermentation chambers

3. 15 step profiles for each fermentation chamber including time over temperature, temperature over time, free rise and specific gravity triggers

4. User defined alarms to warn of excessive heating or cooling

5. User defined hysteresis settings

6. A 'slow ramp' setting which uses an ambient temperature sensor to gently raise or lower the temperature

7. Online storage of up to 5 profiles.

8. If you don't have a Tilt or ISpindel then by using two probes in each fermentation chamber (one for beer and one for ambient temperature) the controller will use thermodynamics to estimate the Specific Gravity of your beer based on the heat generated by the yeast as they consume glucose.
