In this way, MyCNAIM App aims to bring together the existing services in the National Support Centres for Migrants’ Integration (CNAIM) and in the Local Support Centres for Migrants’ Integration (CLAIM), and the migrant population, through a new communication channel. It functions as an alternative or complement to the face-to-face services provided by the High Commission for Migration, facilitating immediate access to information related to the integration of migrants in Portugal, by people who are in regions of the country where there is no CNAIM and / or CLAIM.
Through a georeferencing system, several locations and contacts from different services are also available, such as the National Support Centres for Migrants’ Integration (CNAIM), the Local Support Centres for Migrants’ Integration (CLAIM), immigrants associations, employment support offices, among others. Users may also access the Online Portuguese Platform website, the complaint form posted on the website of the Commission for Equality and Against Racial Discrimination, or the Welcome Kit for Refugees.
