MY-Fixer uses peer to peer technology and aims to extend services across a variety of other sectors. Simple to understand, for both users and Artisans, The My-Fixer App is here to revolutionise the Home Service industry introducing reliability and transparency.

My-Fixer is to the service industry what Uber is to the Taxi industry… On Time, On demand. Customers can request for our wide range of services from well vetted professionals. Service people are vetted every three months ensuring our customer safety.

Customer safety

During the vetting process, certain artisans will need to provide a certificate of competency or proof of qualifications. MY-Fixer aims to ensue customer safety at all times and therefore requires that each registered Artisan/ Service provider goes through a compulsory screening process, that includes but not limited to criminal background check and Home affairs checks. Successful applicants will be registered and a unique MY-Fixer ID assigned to them.
