MyGo Assistant

MyGo Assistant is a virtual assistant system for MyGo users (include the customer, driver and operation staff). Our platform, MyGo in general, is a connecting ride-hailing system. We connect people who need a ride or delivery service to our driver partners. Service quality is what MyGo always aims for with enthusiasm.

In order to to that, we provide our supporting system, represented by MyGo Assistant application, to our customer (focus on store, shop, etc), driver and our operation channels (we have at least 8,000 staffs all over the country). This app provides and helps:
- Operating Services: Managing and operating orders generated on the MyGo from customer.
- Training: Educate and instruct people how to use services
- Reports: View reports, sales statistics, revenue.
- MyGo Television: The channel helps to solve common problems as well as instruct the staff to run a a platform business.

How to register an account?
Organization customers, partners, staffs who have registered on MyGo system will be granted account to access MyGo Assistant system.
