myGolfLeaderboard is a semi annual subscription for $2.99. 

The initial payment allows free access to the golf course database and GPS for a time period of six months. Fifteen days prior to the expiration date, you will receive a notice and continued uninterrupted access to the database and GPS . The renewal is processed through your iTunes account if you choose to renew.
