My Helpmate is an app created to meet a personal need: to feel better by focusing on several essential elements:
- Record your routine daily to start the day on the right foot. Write down what you want to do and who you want to be.
- Take a pause during the day to breathe and practice 5 minutes of cardiac coherence. Breathing brings serenity, reduces stress, and becomes essential for a peaceful life.
- Work on gratitude by writing key phrases and listening to them through the voice dictation feature of your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. My Helpmate is particularly well-suited for exercises from the PeterKoenigSystem® and addressing money-related blocks as explored by Christian Junod in the Francophone community.
- Reflect each evening to track your progress.
- Capture the three best moments of the day to relive them later, as it’s essential to cultivate a positive mindset.

Breathing
Breathing is one of the keys to improving daily life. My Helpmate allows you to perform various breathing exercises, letting you customize the duration, inhale/exhale times, and pauses.

Gratitude
Many of us carry mental barriers or beliefs instilled during childhood. Techniques exist to break free from them, such as the PeterKoenigSystem® (PKS). This approach primarily addresses money-related blocks and includes exercises that focus on identity—our invisible connection to ourselves. My Helpmate enables you to practice PKS exercises by writing sentences and repeating what the app dictates.

Best Moments of the Day
Days pass quickly, and it’s important to pause and ask: What did I enjoy doing today? Where did I find happiness or pleasure?

Activity Reminders
Set a time for each activity, and the app will remind you when it’s time to take a moment for yourself.

Secure Data
Everything written in the app stays within the app and your iCloud account. No data is shared with third parties. The app allows you to back up your data, delete it, and reload it as needed.
You can also enable FaceID or TouchID to restrict access to your information.

Multilingual and Growing
Currently available in English and French, the app is planned to be translated into other languages in the future.
