The myHizentra™ App has been developed by CSL Behring (Australia) Pty Ltd. ABN 48 160 734 761 (“CSL Behring”), 189–209 Camp Rd, Broadmeadows VIC 3047, Australia.
This app is designed to be used only by Australian patients prescribed HIZENTRA®. An activation code is therefore required to access the app. Australian patients can contact their nurse or doctor to request an activation code.
The app includes information about HIZENTRA and a patient diary to record HIZENTRA infusions. In the diary, patients can also track their symptoms and both the symptoms and infusion history can be exported to send to a patients nurse or doctor.
The app also includes an infusion reminder service and barcode scanner functionality so patient can easily record and manage their HIZENTRA stock in the home.
