Using the same convenient login you have for MyLevel3, you can access up-to-the-minute trouble ticket statuses when it counts. Customers with Level 3SM Enhanced Management can also view site status and utilization details. Level 3 Dynamic Capacity customers can instantly activate Dynamic Capacity on enabled circuits.

With only a few touches, you can:
• View trouble ticket details and notes
• Add a note to an active ticket
• Instantly activate Dynamic Capacity and view cost impact
• Review utilization over the past 24 hours for Enhanced Management and Dynamic Capacity circuits
• Check application usage data (managed IP VPN networks only)
• Access Enhanced Management and Dynamic Capacity circuit identifiers and addresses
• Initiate a call to Customer Support
