Mynaportal

This is an application that provides functions to help you to login to administrative services (Mynaportal) on your iPhone, sign electronic application forms, and input information into application documents using your Individual Number Card.

What you need to use this service
1. Individual Number Card
2. Individual Number Card's electronic certificate and PIN
*If you have not set number 2, you need to set it at your municipal office.

What is Individual Number Card?
Individual Number Card is a plastic card, issued by the municipal office free of charge, when requested by inhabitants.
You can use Individual Number Card as an official ID or electronic certificate recorded on an IC tip.

What is Mynaportal?
Mynaportal is an online service run by the government. It provides one-stop administrative service for childcare application and allows you to check your personal data kept by administrative agencies, transactions of your information between administrative organizations, and notices from administrative agencies.
