Our MyOS by Optiswiss app provides Optiswiss customers with information on current orders. Authenticated customers can view their current lens orders from Optiswiss production and dive into detailed product configuration. Depending on the user's authorization level, the MyOS app displays real-time order status information and allows customers to edit their user settings. By registering for the notification service, opticians are notified of the delivery and adjusted completion dates of their customer orders, allowing them to provide their customers with an accurate delivery forecast.
