MyPictureMosaic

MyPictureMosaic allows you to create artistic photographic mosaics composed of a variety of photos on your iPhone / iPod touch or iPad! It is the first app in the AppStore that offers the possibility to create mosaics based on your own photo library. Just select a photo which should be transformed into a mosaic and specify your own pictures which shall be used to create the photographic mosaic. The resulting artistic image can be stored on your device, shared on facebook, and forwarded to your friends via email. Prerequisite: iPhone OS 4.

Note: To use MyPictureMosaic you have to grant access to your photo library via the 'location services' ( to import parts of your photo library as mosaic tiles ). iOS 4 asks you whether you want to grant access or not on the first start-up of MyPictureMosaic. If you answer this question with 'No' by accident, you can still grant access in 'Settings -> General -> Location Services".
