Create your own custom data-collection forms, safety checklists, and surveys with MYSTIC HQ's drag-n-drop form builder. Then use MYSTIC Patrol and collect data (no internet required) using your iPhone or iPad. When you're done, sync your data to MYSTIC HQ, backed by the the AWS Gov cloud, and run reports or export data.
