mySYNLAB

mySYNLAB, the smartphone app developed by the SYNLAB laboratory has been designed for physicians and veterinarians to easily and safely:
• access laboratory tests results,
• request a sample pickup from their practice,
• order sampling equipment,
• locate and view opening hours of all SYNLAB blood collection points.
Please note that to be able to use the app, physicians and veterinarians will first need to register on the mySYNLAB website (https://mysynlab.synlab.be/en/connexion)The app allows to easily retrieve forgotten passwords.

Patients will also be able to use the app to:
• access their tests results (upon receiving an SMS confirming both their login and password),
• locate and view opening hours of all SYNLAB blood collection points.
Please note that patients’ results are only available for a limited 30-days’ time.

The app is available in the following languages: EN, FR, NL, DE.
