MyTab has two service types:

TAKEAWAY
MyTab enables customers the convenience of ordering from anywhere within your venue, or up to 15km away. Your customers can order from work, home or anywhere in-between! They will be notified when their order is ready for collection via a unique 4 letter code and can then proceed to the your venue’s nominated pick up location to collect their order.

TABLE SERVICE
MyTab enables customers the convenience of ordering at their table within your venue, allowing them to continue socialising without leaving their table. Your staff will then bring out the order when it is ready.

MyTab's industry leading docket printing feature allows a seamless, wireless connection to your venue's existing Epson POS docket printers to centralise all customer orders.

At MyTab, we completely understand the necessity of traditional service models and we are not looking to replace or overshadow the value of face to face interactions. MyTab simply provides an additional option and accessibility for customers with needs that are difficult to meet with traditional ordering practices.

MyTab was crowned National Emerging Small Business of the year in 2022 by Xero and has won the Innovation and Rising Star Award presented by the Busselton Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Additionally, MyTab was a finalist for the 7News Young Achiever Awards Innovation category.
