myTechnician is an iOS app that let's you have your own personal technician in your pocket. Wether you have a question, want to learn new things about your Mac, or get hands-on experience replacing hardware, myTechnician is the right app for you.

Using voice detection myTechnician is able to determine what was your question, and myTechnician analyzes it, and delivers an answer right away. If myTechnician is unable to answer your question, don't worry, just tap your question and he will figure it out in a future release. If you have a problem, such as no sound, or you feel your Mac is sluggish, don't worry! myTechnician will help you figure out what is the problem. Just tap a problem from the list he provides you and answer a series of questions, with visual representation, and myTechnician will do it's best to determine the root of the problem. Want to learn new things about your Mac, such as how to look for the serial number, how to create an iCloud account? myTechnician provides videos that can be wirelessly streamed to your TV, using Apple TV. Ever wanted to replace that battery that doesn't last as long as when you first purchased it? myTechnician provides videos and written instructions on how to replace that hardware step-by-step, these videos can also be wirelessly streamed to your TV, using Apple TV.
