MyVisits App Suite
My Visits is a three (3) tier App designed for employers in the
healthcare field who employ staff the conduct In-Home visits to
clients. The App captures the three (3) essential components of Home
visits; the In-Home visits, the mileage reimbursement and the
Telehealth sessions.
MyVisits Telehealth Mobile App is a phone dialer that documents
calls made by assigned staff to home bound clients, depicting Client's
name, Date of Call, Time of Call, End of Call, Call duration. This Mobile
App will not record nor capture any of the audio of such calls; it is for
documentation and verification only.
This Mobile App will replace the current system if having staff produce
their personal cell phone records when there is a dispute that a call to
a client took place on a given day and time or the call duration.
Services delivered by telephone are now billable to private and public
insurance companies.
In many ways, this Mobile App will create transparency and prevent
fraudulent billing of clients for services that have not been delivered.
Telehealth, Telemedicine and related terms generally refer to the
exchange of medical information from one site to another through
electronic communication to improve a patient’s health. Innovative
uses of this kind of technology in the provision of healthcare is
increasing.
Mileage Reimbursement Mobile App is an App that employees will
use to track their work related mileage resulting from the employees’
home visits. The employee is able to select the mileage counter on
each work related trip in the course of the day. At the end of a
specified period, the employee view and submit the mileage log for
reimbursement of mileage in private vehicle.
In-Home Visit Mobile App is an App that uses a QR Code the check
in at the beginning of an In-Home session and to check out at the
conclusion of that session. The QR Code is generated by the employer
and placed in the client’s home at a location accessible to the
employee. The App reports the time of arrival, the time of departure
and the duration of the home visit. The App also reports where the
visit took place.
In total, these three (3) Apps provide the necessary documentation
associated with home visits and Telehealth and Telemedicine. This
documentation is essential to assuring a quality and accurate
reporting of services in the field and remote locations.
