How to use MyWorkOut - Fitness & Workouts:

Any exercises you want in exercise list, We've added some to get you going but we know everyone is different, has different equipment and space available and like to do different things. You can add the 'minimum' and 'maximum' rep range for each exercise This means you can get creative.

If you really enjoyed the workout you've just done, you can save it as a favourite in the workout summary page. This will store your history so you can see how you performed last time and try beat it! Go to the favourites screen to view your workouts, tap on a workout to see the exercises involved and just hit "Go" to set up a session.

Streaks are a way to keep you motivated. Build up streaks by completing workouts but if a full day passes without you completing a workout, you'll lose it! We'll keep a record of your best streak so you can keep trying to beat it.

No-one wants to do a HIIT workout every day. What about going running, playing football or dancing. If you've done another type of workout that day - just hit "Keep Streak" to keep it alive.

Notebook is for keeping your own personal records for non MyWorkOut - Fitness & Workouts. It's so you can keep everything in one place. Use it however to store your own workout and fitness notes.
