What is it about?
Nói is an Augmented, Alternative Communication (AAC) app for individuals with speech disabilities. Nói leverages the proliferation of mobile devices in Vietnam and their text-to-speech capabilities to provide an easy and efficient method of communication. Nói gives users the ability to create and add words or phrases along with images of their choice so that they can customize the experience to best suit their needs. Built on the CoughDrop open source platform, Nói provides users with a full set of tried and true features that have already been tested by many users. This app will allow non-verbal Vietnamese to speak, or Nói.
