Nétive Manager

The Nétive VMS Manager App allows you to manage your contingent workforce whenever you want, wherever you are.

Just login with your existing nétive VMS account and have direct access to all the relevant information of your employees and their current assignments. Check your assigned tasks, review and approve the weekly timecards, extend an assignment, or even submit a new job requisition, simply from your mobile phone.

Please note that in order to be able to use this app you need to already be a registered Nétive VMS user. Secondly, access through this app must be enabled for both your account and your VMS instance.

The Nétive VMS Manager App is an add-on product for Nétive VMS Force 2, our integrated Software As A Service Vendor Management System (VMS), enabling you to completely manage your contingent workforce. From procurement, contracting to invoicing: all processes in management of contingent workforce are supported. Our system is easily configured to match your organisation’s policies, our solution takes care of all approvals necessary.

We support recruitment, procurement, contracting, compliance files, timecards and invoicing. Our VMS brings you full control of your hiring processes. We configure our system to match the maturity of your hiring processes and to help your organisation’s maturity of hiring processes grow. The modularity and configurability of our VMS guarantees adaptability: towards your organisation’s needs, but also the rapidly changing labour market.

Our Freelancer Management System can be fully integrated into our VMS as an optional module. The VMS/FMS suite enables you to mitigate most risks in freelancer services acquirement.

VMS Force 2 is suitable for an internal shared service center within your organisation, Managed Service Provider (MSP) or contracting agency. Because of our multitenant architecture, MSP’s and contracting agencies can manage multiple customer’s contingent workforce from within one environment.
