Nalaverse is a Black-owned, women-led platform designed to promote stress relief and wellness. Our instructors are here to help you navigate the challenges of the modern world by preventing burnout, aiding trauma recovery, and fostering a sense of belonging.

We came into existence in 2020 with a clear purpose - to fill a gap in the wellness world. As a company, we champion diversity and representation, and this ethos is reflected in our team of practitioners who come from diverse backgrounds. The instructors we partner with bring unique perspectives and skills that make our programs truly special.
