The new and improved Nanbar Health app is here!

Nanbar Health is dedicated to helping patients communicate with their healthcare teams, and helping healthcare teams make more informed clinical decisions. The goal of our mobile app is to help place patients back in the center of their health experience by (1) helping them communicate a more holistic view of their health to their care team through customizable surveys and conversational data, (2) providing access to educational content selected by their care team, and (3) sharing personalized insights and data analytics to help patients learn more about their own health journey.

Note on data sharing: This app will NOT collect any personally identifying or health-related data by default. This app will store user IDs and health-related data for users that connect to studies or research groups within the app. All features of this app are available to all users regardless of their data sharing status.

Note on joining research groups: To join a group within the app, you must be enrolled in a research study or clinical trial with one of our partnering institutions and have consented to sharing your personal health data with Nanbar Health during this process.
