Nanyang Ang Clan

Clan associations are social organisations of origin founded among overseas Chinese communities for individuals on the basis of kinship. Nanyang Ang Clan Guild (S88SS0001J) is a non-profit organisation originated in Singapore in 1938. Nanyang Ang Clan Guild started out as an association to feed the basic needs of Chinese immigrant community with “Ang” Surname. As time progresses, it has since transcended into higher purposes- to preserve its rich Chinese Heritage, Cultural Education and Business Networking.

Nanyang Ang Clan App is initiated to amplify its clan existence, leading the digitalisation journey to bring its purposes, from Offline to Online, to a wider reach of audiences, especially to the tech savvy younger crowd. Fellow Members with the “Ang” Surname can now connect via this app to understand the history of their roots, network within the Ang Community, participate in social & cultural events, as well as offer/seek help from this Non-Profit Organisation.
