Take 5 is a simple, self-assessment app designed to make you stop and think about your safety and those around you before commencing a task when onsite at Newcastle Coal Infrastructure Group (NCIG).
It is designed specifically for NCIG staff and contractors.

APP PURPOSE:
NCIG embraces a strong and healthy workplace safety culture. This app offers an innovative way for NCIG staff and contractors to self-assess safety before commencing a task. The primary focus is on personal safety and self-assessment.
REGISTRATION RESTRICTIONS:
A one-use token (issued by NCIG) is required to register. Registration tokens are issued by NCIG during scheduled, onsite induction training. Without the registration token users will not be able to proceed past the login/registration screen.
DATA COLLECTION:
NCIG collects and collates assessment data for statistical reporting. All completed submission data is stored however the primary focus is on rate of completion not individual assessments.
FIRST RELEASE:
As the first app release we intend to assess take-up rate, usability and review enhancements for the next release. We appreciate your feedback during induction training onsite at NCIG.
