Le funzionalità disponibili per l’end-user sono le seguenti
- Vedere l’elenco delle proprie richieste pendenti
- Filtrare le richieste sulla base di stato, data e altri parametri di ricerca
- Aprire nuove richieste dal Catalogo Servizi con possibilità di upload immagini da album e documenti
- Rispondere per fornire ulteriori informazioni all’helpdesk
