What is it about?

This app allows you to track and manage the number of calories you consume in a day while also deducting the number of calories you burn giving you a total per day on the home page. To calculate calories burned by members we have integrated health kit in our application, using health kit we access the information about steps count and walking running distance and based on that calculate the calories burned by the member. There is also a messaging feature to talk with other members and your nutritionist or dietitian. There is a blog section covering 6 areas of conversation, Dieting, Yoga, Cancer, Walking, Workout and Exercise. There is a scheduling feature in appointments to meet with your nutritionist or dietitian. There is also a meal planner section to plan daily meals. A tracking page for your goals regarding weight loss. A personal profile page to load your information.
