2. License Management: Agents can add all their insurance licenses, specifying the state, type of license (215, 220, 440, etc.), line of business (Health, Life, Auto, etc.), license numbers, companies they work with, and languages they can serve their clients in.
3. Client Interaction: The system filters notifications and calls from clients based on the agent's license data. Clients can call the agent directly, and they are automatically added to the agent's client list for future contact. Agents can also add their own clients for easy management.
4. Policy Management: Policies sold to clients can be saved in the application. Agents receive notifications when a policy is about to expire, enabling them to manage renewals effectively.
