Neighborhood Laundry is a full-service laundromat providing self-service, wash and fold services, and organic dry cleaning. These services are available walk-in or by using the FREE pick up and delivery offered.

HOW DOES THE FREE PICKUP AND DELIVERY WORK?

1. Start by scheduling a pick up using our app. Just add the items you intend to send to Neighborhood Laundry to your shopping cart along with any special instructions, select a pick-up and delivery window, and that's it!

2. Once your request is made, you will receive a text message and email notification when a Neighborhood Laundry driver is on their way for pick up and within approximately thirty minutes or less from your location. Not only will you receive notification, but you can also track your driver's process within the app in real-time.

3. When your garments get to Neighborhood Laundry, every piece of laundry and dry cleaning is looked after separately and diligently by our associate, taking care to preserve the quality of your garments and other items. Our system alerts the associate of any special instructions you noted when you placed your order. Once your items are washed and folded or dry-cleaned, the associate will professionally pack your items so that all you have to do upon receipt is pack your items way.

4. The delivery process is like the pickup process. You will receive a text message and email notification when a Neighborhood Laundry driver is on their way for delivery and within approximately thirty minutes or less from your location. Your laundry will arrive neatly folded and clean, dry-cleaning hung on hangers with garment covers, with all items ready to be returned to their familiar space in your home.
