1. Only install the OnDemand application if a support technician using the Impero Remote Control Portal requests it.
2. Launch the app.
3. The support technician will provide you a 9-digit session key or a link that pre-fills the session key.
4. Enter the session key on your iOS device and initiate the connection.
5. Enable screen broadcasting to share your screen.
