Process:
1. Search using names of medicines, health products, and a wide range of lab tests. To place an order, you can also directly upload prescriptions by your physician or doctor.

2. Add medicines to your cart, select a patient name, select an address where you would like the products to be delivered or from where your sample pickup should take place , check out if an offer is available and place the order.

3. If required, our customer care representative will call you to confirm the healthcare products you need along with their quantities or diagnostic tests in case of diagnostic orders. In case of a diagnostic sample pickup, our partner agent will collect your sample from your home at the scheduled time.

4. Once your order is placed and confirmed, we will get it delivered to your doorstep. Our partner delivery person will deliver your products right at your doorstep.

5. You can reorder your monthly medicines, track your order.

6. Within Guwahati, you can return medicines for free. For orders outside Guwahati, you will have to courier the permissible returnable items to the company office.
