Netwrked is a referral recruiting platform for legal associates in private practice. Netwrked allows job-seeking associates to match with employees at firms they would like to join and get a referral!

How Netwrked Works:
•Job seeking associates (“Candidates”) create a profile on Netwrked. Current associates (“Employees”) create job postings for open roles at their firms.
•Netwrked matches qualified Candidates with Employees at hiring firms.
•Employees’ screen matched Candidates and refer them to their firm to earn referral bonuses.
•Employees’ split the referral bonus with Netwrked. Netwrked shares a portion of the referral bonus with the newly hired Candidate.
