The New Wave Healthcare app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from New Wave Healthcare. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a New Wave Healthcare patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your New Wave Healthcare provider. Communicate with New Wave Healthcare in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The New Wave Healthcare app includes an integration with Apple Health. Choose to share your weight, steps and other parameters directly with our app in realtime.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for New Wave Healthcare patients and you can't use the app unless you're a New Wave Healthcare patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. New Wave Healthcare uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
