New West End Company is hosting this multi-channel communication software, which allows security- risk messages to be distributed to members and stakeholders. Information from the APP will be sent via email, in-app messages and push notifications. The APP also holds a document centre, which allows offline access to up-to-date, security documents and other Health and Safety template files.

This APP also holds a chat function, enabling businesses to share real-time intelligence between them, in a GDPR complaint framework across the district.

The permissions controls of this APP sits with administrators of New West End company, who are the only authorised administrators to send broadcasts and control the Contact Directory and Document Centre.
