What is it about?
The NexTo app helps users connect with people in the immediate vicinity (within a 2 mile radius) to meet face to face and to do activities together, such as go for a walk, get a coffee together, play a sport together, go watch a movie, play chess, etc. You simply send out a request to those around you, and anyone that is interested to partake in your activity can accept. A map will then show where each of you are and you can chat in the app to discuss the details of your meeting. Before meeting you can read-up on the bio of the person whom you will be meeting through the NexTo app. The NexTo app's aim is to help people save time in finding like-minded individuals with similar shared interests right next to them, so that they could get together in the next 5, 10, 30 minutes or so to partake in an activity that they both enjoy doing, and in the process possibly getting to know their neighbors, schoolmates, or coworkers better.
