NFlyte

NFlyte works to help adolescents and adults with developmental disabilities to live more independent
lives while staying connected with the people who support them. NFlyte is a completely customizable
daily activity scheduling application that is designed to visually display the daily tasks of the day with
step-by-step photos and an option to share a photo of the completed task. Users can view their
schedules via the mobile app or desktop view. Families, schools, or coaches can use the desktop portal
to remotely view the progress on completing each task and add new tasks that will be directly updated
to the user’s schedule. If you have multiple individuals to support, track them all on one simple
dashboard. NFlyte stores important documents in a library, includes direct messaging and an emotional
well-being check-in throughout the day. NFlyte eases the anxiety of supporting independence from a
distance.

Visual Schedules
- A single view of the daily activities in My Day
- Customize schedules with step-by-step instructions including custom photos or short videos
- Scroll to future dates to view what is coming up
- Set recurring tasks to show on future dates
- Check off tasks as you go
- Be alerted remotely if a critical task is outstanding such as “take your medicine”
- Option to set an alert to notify the user that it is time for a task
Remote Access
- Login remotely via a desktop portal to view progress, make edits/additions to the schedule
or add documents to the library
- View photos of completed task. Remotely view what “Clean the Kitchen” looks like when
done
- Manage multiple individuals through one simple dashboard with an option to send a task to
multiple users’ schedules
- Add many supporters such as teachers, coaches, therapists, or family members to have
admin rights to the schedule

Library
- Keep important documents in one place such as bus schedules, contact information,
important forms, or city maps

- Users and all approved supporters can directly message within the app
