Nine Ball Scorer
What is it about?
The Nine Ball Scorer app helps you keep score for 9-ball billiards league matches played using the American Poolplayers Association (APA) scoring method. Nine Ball Scorer allows you to keep track of multiple leagues, teams, and players. Prior to league night, simply add names, player numbers, and skill levels for all players on your team and your opponent for that night. Create a new match, and enter each of your 5 nightly matchups as they are being played. Choose a player from each team and easily keep score with the easy-to-use live score tracker. You will always know how many balls have been pocketed and how many are remaining for the entirety of the matchup. As you are scoring, the rack view at the bottom of the screen immediately updates with the up to date numbers for the rack including timeouts. After a rack is completed, verify the rack numbers with the opponent and click the Add Rack button. A new rack appears on the score tracker page. You have the choice of updating your scoresheet rack by rack, or simply wait until the matchup is completed and copy the rack details directly from the score tracker page. After the matchup is completed, get immediate feedback from the score tracker showing the final score and point split which uses APA's official scoring grid.

At any point during the match or after, click the clipboard icon to see an up to date filled out official scoresheet! All of your totals including innings, defense shots, and total running score will all be calculated for you and placed on the sheet. Use it to fill out your scoresheet or email it to yourself or to the local league office.
If you aren't playing a league game, but still want to keep track of a match using APA's scoring method, use Single Game Mode which allows you to enter any two player names and ranks for live scoring without the hassle of pen and paper. Single Game Mode is great for city tournaments if you like to watch from the sidelines!
