Traditionally, recruitment is a very long and time-consuming process which is not survived by the best candidates. The best ones might be lost in the pile of CVs and gone to the other companies.

Corporate job opening attracts up to 250 resumes, and only 4-5 are selected candidates are selected for interview. So we came up with the idea of automating this part of the recruiting process creating a unique matching algorithm.
