Simply log in to the app with your No-IP credentials and create hostnames on our domains or your very own domain. The app also works as a Dynamic Update Client. This means that you no longer need to keep a computer running on your home network in order to keep your hostname updated with the correct IP address. Simply leave the app running on your mobile device and it will check every five minutes to see if your IP address has changed. The app auto-detects ifit is near the network associated to your hostname. If your IP address has changed and your device is on the correct network it will automatically update your hostname with the new IP address. This means you will never lose your connection again!

Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. No-IP uses GPS to detect if you are connected to multiple wifi networks with the same SSID at different locations to update each location reliably.
