Nolan

The Nolan App improves and simplifies communication within the high-rise apartment block.


Using the app, the building manager will be able to quickly notify all or some apartment residents about an event that is of relevance to them. Similarly, residents would also be able to quickly notify business manager of something that concerns them.
The app is an important tool that fosters and promotes friendship and community living through various topics that might be of interest to residents - such as healthy living, gardening, pets, etc. (The topics are created and maintained by the building manager.)
The Nolan App users will be able to share text messages, pdf files and images with other users.


In addition, building manager will also be able to remotely publish and monitor relevant messages for residents through 'screens' that are placed at the strategic places in the building, such as foyer or lift.
