NoSurge - Avoid Surge

Avoid surge today! This app uses Uber's API to get fare estimates for places near you, and then maps out a grid of markers with the associated surge multipliers for calling a given Uber product at that location. You can use this app to see if there's somewhere a few blocks away from you that might have half the cost to get home.

This works for UberX, UberBlack, UberSUV, and any other Uber products as returned by the API. Usage of Uber ride names are as returned by the official API. I am not affiliated nor do I have any rights to any of the Uber products returned by the API, and am merely returning the data given to me.

Drivers, you can also use this app to find places near you where there is the highest surge as to be able to increase your fares!

Uber's API limits the number of fare quotes on an hourly basis, so do not spam this app with requests, or you may find yourself temporarily unable to access the application.
