Özgül has been the owner of Notenparadijs for 3 years, together with her husband, brother-in-law and sister. “My brother-in-law has been working in the nut world for 10 years. I am active as a photographer myself so this was all new to me. Now my brother-in-law says I know more about it than he does. We advertise a lot via social media and send our notes all over the world. They also come here from Germany, France and Apeldoorn when they spend a day in Rotterdam. During Ramadan we were working until the middle of the night and we also cater for many weddings. I would like to do more with herbs and spices, but for now we are investing a lot in organic products that are made in Turkey. ” according to Özgül.
