In Medicine and other Health areas, is sworn “ First, do not harm “. Unfortunately, it is not our reality. Too many lives are lost every day for error or non-preventable adverse events. The app NOTIFICA creates a communication channel between patients, or any user of the Health System, and the Manager of a specific Health Unit for Adverse Event Notification and Reportable Diseases Communication, quickly and privately through your smartphone, wherever the user are in the World. The App guides the user for a few steps until the process is concluded, friendly, even for ordinary people. The user is able to describe what has happened with his own words. It is also possible compare two Health Units in the same City, State or Country in relation of communication’s number done through the App. Using this sort of information, Managers will be capable of design a SAFER Health System for you, patient, your parents and friends, or any other unknown person. The whole World can benefit from this App. It is FREE for download and use for users. Initially, it can be translate to English and Portuguese and there is plans of including other languages, as soon as possible.
